Lost MFA device or no access to AWS MFA

You can click on no access to MFA and the wizard will help you with logging without your MFA. You can always reenable it from your security settings

If you have access to mobile number registered to your account then the processes is quite smooth. Call assistance will help you with resettings your MFA. If you don't have access to your mobile OR have changes number etc, then it is indeed a timely process, submitting documents and to actually prove that you are you!!! That is why Its absolutely important to keep contact details updated on AWS.
